• All photographs are the intellectual property of Mark Ulanday and are protected under copyright law.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or modify any image without explicit permission or proper licensing.
• Purchasing a digital download grants you personal or commercial usage rights based on the license selected at checkout.
• Refunds are available only for physical prints damaged in transit, and requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
